"horns come in pairs" the dealer announces after it hits. But are they talking about the roll or the head of a goat?

And what about all those other taboo center or field bets?

I have seen some tables where they come fast and furious.

Does anyone have strategy as when to play them? Fore example, do you keep track of how long it has been sense they have come up to sway the odds in your favor?

Oh would that keeping track of when a number "is due" made sense.  On the game I rolled 3 twelves in a row. Does that mean a 12 is due next? NO. I is just a random coincidence. The math guy in me knows that but some times my internal clock will notice no Horn bets have come up in a while, and bet on that.  I notice a lot of Horn numbers come out on the First Roll for Point Huh?
