Low minimum bets. Basically any of the older casinos still offer this.

Quite frankly, I do better at them that the mega resorts. No clue why; maybe because there is less caution with lower stakes and I am not as inhibited.

As stated in other posts; making money at this can be a repetitive process. It helps if you can build you rack up methodically. Making the wise but less profitable bets.

With the $10 & $20 minimums at some casinos; your bank roll can be gone before you have a chance to see how it all plays out.

I like to hit the $3 tables first to build up some capital before I go to the $5 tables. I have heard of .50 cent tables downtown but have never ventured there.

http://www.casinoroyalehotel.com/ is always a must stop for me. I can always pick up a buck or 2 and they still offer 100x odds. Yes it is a hole in the wall but I use the profits to be a big spender at the big resorts.  Wink

I can report being in the Hooters Casino (didnt see any Hooter girls) for a late night meal.  I noticed they had a Craps table that was real low minimum, like $2. Just FYI.

If the minimum bet is $10, does that mean if you have $10 on the Pass Line and then would like to "cover" that bet with insurance by placing a bet on the "c" (craps) bet, that you can't do it with $2? Do you have to place a $10 bet on the "c" as well?

Alan,

Is this Hooter's Casino in Vegas?

No, all of the center bets have a different minimum. Just ask the dealer.

There is normally a small sign on the side of the table buy the chips the states the minimum for the main play section of the table.

And boy does it eark me when the pit boss changes the sign to a higher amount for the night shift, starting with the next game. It feels like you are being kicked off the table  Angry

And if there were Hooter girls, the minimum may have been higher.  Wink  Something has to pay for them.  Grin
